From the moment you approach the hotel you just know you have made a great choice. The hotel itself is beautiful and is set in a fantastic location. The service from the moment you enter the hotel to register where you can hear the harpist playing in the Rose Lounge to the time the waiters take your first drinks order in thre st James Bar is first class. Be in no doubt I shall be making a return visit.

For once a hotel with a sizeableroom, total silence, yet in the best possible location for theatres, Picadilly, National Galleries. Dont hesitate.

Arrived at 10.00 AM in london, went to leave bag in hotel until we could check in, we were told it would be no problem checking in that early in the morning, made a massive difference to one night stay in London. Hotel was first class, location was second to none and service equally as good
