I used this hotel as a pied a terre for sightseeing in the day so didnt actually spend much time there. Rooms are small but clean but if youve spent all day walking around the city you wont care too much. More importantly, youll get the best location available for the price ,as fas as I can see. 3 tube stations within 5 minutes walk, spitting distance from Hyde Park and a decent pub at the top of the road (Fountains Abbey)for the evening.(hotel does not have a bar)

the location is ok.Room is very small. no lift. stairs are very narrow.

this hotel is very nice, very clean but very small rooms. i was living on the 5th floor, they have no lift. i just came to london for a week, and had not to much bag, i had no problems with going upstairs... and i liked location. the nearest tube station is edgware road station..

hotel room eas small for 2 people but if all you want is a place to rest your head after a hard days site seeing it is perfect! just on the outskirts of hyde park i saw foofighters while staying. it was just 10minutes walk from the venue. and a 2minute walk t the tube. marvellous. dont expect too much for the breakfast its just toast and cereal. but other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

I liked this hotel for the price, it is clean, bed is fine, room is small but ok. If you aren´t in a good shape take care of the location of the room, there is no lift and my room at the third floor ment I had to walk up and down a narrow stair 60 steps (73 if I had a breakfast)a hard job with a suitcase. I didn´t like the breakfast Rice Crispies or Corn flakes, one type of bread butter and jam but the coffee was ok.
