Four nights-excellent location, very quiet particularly as our room overlooked the Square which was always bustling with people-service polite, courteous and friendly. Unusual combination for a 5 star as I have found staff in some other 5 star hotels rather preoccupied with their own importance. We shall definitely stay there when in London again. Very Good overall.

THE HOTEL WAS TOP NOTCH APART FROM SHARING WITH VERY VISIBLE MICE!THE STAFF WERE VERY UNCONCERNED AND BLAMED IT ON THE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE UNDERGROUND! DRINKS WERE ALSO VERY VERY EXPENSIVE!(3 GLASSES OF WHITE WINE+3 SHOTS OF BACARDI+2 CANS OF COKE WAS £56!!)
