We were travelling out of Waterloo early in the morning and found the hotel to be in a good location - walkable in 20 mins, 5 mins in a taxi. No reservation in our name when we arrived but the staff were very helpful and even upgraded our room at no extra charge due to the inconvenience of keeping us waiting for 15 mins. Would definitely use again.

firstly, the guy on reception when we first arrived couldnt find my reservation & seemed snotty telling us where we had to sit in reception while we waited. Then we got woken up by lorries parked right under our window loading & unloading way before 7am, leaving their engines running for ages! Then housekeeping knocked on the door around 8.30am, (which is 2 hours before check out) & caught my boyfriend naked...im not sure who was more shocked, the maid or him! we mentioned it to the guy on reception when we checked out (we left out the nakedness part) he said sorry & said hed mention it to whoever was in charge of housekeeping, but didnt really seem very interested

We had a lovely stay,however, your bed sheets are of a very poor quality and felt like plastic. Great staff though and very clean. Its a shame people are smoking in the entrance hall.

The Novotel is very well placed within easy walking distance of Houses of Parliament, Whitehall, West End etc. Clean and well-priced. One caveat - they will try and charge you for breakfast even if you dont have any. Seems to be policy

Very poor service from you,when we got to the hotel there was no room booked for us,luckely they had a spare room they let us have,consiquently neither my family,friends or i will be using you again

Very good hotel Excellent stay but for one thing on departure: I ask for my bill to be issued in pounds sterling but it was charged in dollars. The receipt was rather confusing, and the clerk insisted she had charged me in pounds. Before departing, I
