We have always found Novotel very good and Novotel London Greenwich was no exception. The room and service was all that we would have wished and the staff were very helpful.

Excellent location for places of interest and the DLR literally on your doorstep would recomend to anyone wishing to stay in a quiet location but access to city right on your doorstep

We loved this hotel, the location to the DLR and the heart of Greenwich is fantastic. Service was beyond good and rooms were modern, comfortable and very clean.

The Novotel, Greenwich is excellently situated, right next to the train station and in the heart of the town - and yet blissfully quiet inside. It is a beautiful modern building tastefully decorated and furnished, and immaculately clean. We were glad of the well-lit, reasonably spacious secure parking in the basement and were happy to pay the £10 overnight fee for the convenience. The staff were bright, friendly and efficient. We wished we could have stayed much, much longer.

Excellent hotel, walking distance to Cutty Sark. Internet connection through TV is a good idea but virtually unusable.Needs fixing.Sunday Jazz is very pleasant
