Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. Good location; 5 minutes from Oxford street. Stayed in one of the "comfy rooms" and was extremely pleased. Plenty of space in the room with tea/coffee facilities. Will definitely be going back again. Highly recommended

We stayed in a standard comfy room and were impressed as the room was gorgeous, it was slightly small but we xpected that.Very modern, clean. Will definatly be recommending to friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the bathroom and free Molten Brown goodies. Only tiny complaints were that the pillows were really uncomfortable and our room overlooked a storage area that was used quite early and woke me up.
