At the front desk when I arrived at 11pm was a rude and nasty man. At 9am while I was sleeping they opened the door. No heat. Only warm water. I only spent one night. Please, do not recomend these hotels: The Grenville and The Gilford are the same, the entrance is in the Gilford)

Very good hotel, would definately recommend and will use again. Good hotel, rooms were very clean and in a good location. THe only downfull was that the area used for the breakfast was far too small for how many guests the hotel had and so we were not ab
