The hotel is not great in terms of location compared to other ExCel hotels and could make the effort to provide extras in other areas to compete. As a female alone it was not a pleasant experience at all.

Good value for the price and quality. Pleasantly surprised by the hotel, the staff were ok but need to brush up on their service skills.

This hotel is huge, so many rooms. As it is brand new, the rooms are very clean, and I am impressed as it is 2 star. The shower and toilets are an experience as they as inside a plastic cupboard in the room! Recommend if you need somewhere cheap to stay near Canary Wharf.
