Oh deary me! Great location. Grubbiest hotel in hotelopia! Dirty room. coiled springs in bed. Found sanitary towels, condoms, nappies and tissues in cupboard, behind windowsills and under bed. floor was on a decline. handles missing. window woulndt

The booking was a present to my daughters. They told me It was filty and in a bad shape and had a poor breakfast. The location was perfect but Im going soon to London and wil not visit this hotel.

Very good hotel. Really enjoyed my stay in London, it was perfect to visit the theatres. Friendly staff and a comfortable stay.
