You should put more crockery. It is not enough for 4 people and pans are too small. Staff is very nice and helpful

We had to fight for everything - if you don't want to stay at the basement, you have to insist. TV was only fixed if you asked. But even you asked, we didn't have internet and overall they lied telling us that the operator was in maintenance.

This apartment is luxurious and has spacious rooms. I made my booking online and it was as I saw in pictures. This place gave me much needed refreshment from my work. I enjoyed every second of staying here.

It was very refreshing for us as they provided all the facilities taking into account the quality. I was here with my family and stayed in this hotel for little more than a week.We were more into shopping and eating out so didn’t use the kitchen but it was well furnished. Rooms were spacious and well furnished.

This is for the first time I came to London so didn’t know where to go and how to go. Staffs of So Sienna were very nice and they even managed theatre tickets for us. We went to the market nearby and tasted the local cuisine which was just amazing.

With many facilities to boast on, this apartment was always on my cards. I was in London for my business and used to come late in night. I watched TV which had satellite channels and I also made coffee. This apartment has everything to offer what you can think of.
