all good, nice staff, helpful, great to get parking outside too! one thing though, the bathroom (wet room) was badly designed as the floor was not sloped enough.

Quite nice experience all in, but what about creating some ambience by putting up a few pictures are similar in teh lobby and corridors. (I suppose 5 is top and 1 is bottom in your rating)

the person who checked us in was not helpful at all no help no direction and would have rather not have us had us there. The room wasnt anything like we had booked no where to sit in the room. The facilities were not good.
