Excellent value. Convenient location. Quiet and clean. Chose room with shared bath and kitchen, which worked out OK. Took administrators 24 hours to hook up internet for me due to technical issues, which was a bit of a problem for me. Also, air conditioner needed cleaning. Otherwise, highly recommended location and facility. Thanks so much for providing this resource!

Location is good. The agency handling the property was excellent. After that it is all downhill. The property is shabby and in need of complete renovation. It smells musty/damp as you arrive and that impression permeates every facet of the accommodation. This is backpacker standard and represents very poor value for money even in an expensive part of London. I will certainly not be returning and would not recommend the place to anyone.

Awesome apartment the only negative thing about the apartment was the shower, and not having a normal Hot/Cold tap...

At the arrival is not very easy to find the apartment. It would be easier if you give more information or a map to locate the apartment in the building.

We stayed here twice during our travel abroad to Great Britain from America. The first time everything was perfect, absolutely lovely place with TV, nice bathroom, stove, oven, dishes, etc. The second time (2 weeks later) we were in a different room which unforunately did not have any kind of air conditioning in operation despite a note in the room upon arrival promising the A/C would be fixed two days before our arrival. This was during a major heat wave (90 degree+ Fahrenheit) so it was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise a lovely place to stay. Excellent location and close to a a tube station.

The sunny courtyard of Janet Poole House was a very good place to enjoy perfect time in solitude. I enjoyed my time in great peace while relaxing in the courtyard of Janet Poole.

Excellent place to stay in London, if you are with your family. We had taken a family studio which had the capacity of accommodating our complete family of three. Our studio had fully-equipped kitchen with en-suite bathrooms. It was a nice place to stay providing home-like ambience.

I loved the location of Janet Poole House. People planning to stay here will love its proximity to the famous West End, Oxford Street and other important landmarks of the city. I had immense enjoyment shopping in the streets of London.

I remember my stay at Janet Poole House as really satisfying. It is managed by Acorns and the facilities that were provided to me in my reserved room were excellent. It is also located close to the grocery stores and also near to some fine restaurants. I do not have any complaints against this hotel and would certainly love to come back for my future stays.

I stayed in Janet Poole House during my college and it was fantastic experience. The room were I was stayed was drafted so well that I recommend all the travelers visiting the city. My room had all the facilities like color TV, good internet connection, well-equipped kitchen and above all a clean and comfortable bed. I think I did the best deal by making my stay here.

I did not have any helpful reviews for this hotel from any website. But still I took a chance to stay there. The hotel is well located. I found most of the London attractions nearby like the British Museum, the British Library and the shopping streets of Regent Street and Oxford Street. I must say the hotel is perfect for weekend breaks.
