We stayed here for a 6 night block and then a 3 night block in Sep/Oct 2011 with 3 young children. The apartments were lovely. We didn't have to wait at all when we arrived, we were met promptly by a lovely lady who gave us our keys and showed us around the apartment. The apartments are just off Kensington High Street, and 2 mins walk to the tube. Right opposite is Kensington Gardens, which the kids loved. At times you can hear people in the apartments above moving around, and the front door to the building slams, but these were just minor annoyances. Highly recommended!

Very good apartment, clean and well located, availaiblity from the key holder that welcomed us at the appartment although we arrived quite late from St Pancras. Price comes with the above, although more reasonable than other.
