Though the staff was efficient, some of them were very aloof - they need to be a little friendlier; just a smile at your guests can do wonders and doesn't cost a penny! The hotel lobby needs more seating compared to number of guests. The rooms were good, though the furniture was a little run down. My main concern was that the corridors run like a maze and are very narrow and cramped! Is it like this in most hotels in London? I am afraid to think what would happen if there was a fire (touch wood and hope there never is one!!)! Overall we enjoyed our stay in London!

The apartment was fantastic. Great location for where we wanted to go. The staff were very friendly and it was a pleasure to stay at the Grand Plaza. I will be booking again.

EVERYTHING WAS 5 STARS,THE LOCATION IS INCREDIBLE ONLY ONE THING TO SAY,THE TV SET WAS SMALL AND HARD TO SEE FROM BED, WHERE IS THE LCD 37 INCH?

Transferred to this hotel after our original choice had been flooded out!! The room was very modern and clean, there was plenty of storage - so perfect for longer stays. Location couldnt have been better - only a short walk from Paddington Station/Bayswater Tube and fairly quiet area. Bayswater itself has everything you need. Buy your own food for breakfast and cook in your own kitchenette to save money! Hotel staff very polite and overall very impressed.

Good location near the tube station. Just note that toiletries are not provided, but theres a Boots nearby where you can buy some. There are washers and dryers in the basement; bring your own fabric detergent.

Only downside - Stayed 13 days and during a 2 day period had the fire alarm go off erroneously 3 times, once at 4:00 a.m.

It was my first stay at Grand Plaza Bayswater and I had not expected such a great hospitality along with a range of modern amenities. I will certainly try to make my second visit to Grand Plaza Bayswater.
