The start of the stay was great. We got to reception and asked if a room with a balcony was available (we had previously requested this but they knew nothing about this), they didn't know which rooms do and don't have balconies. It’s like reception but has no idea about bookings. We got to our room and it was horrible, it smelt and there were flies all over and no balcony. We called management and complained and they were excellent. They moved us straight away. The new room was bigger, had a balcony and was lovely. The views are amazing and the room we had was very spacious.

I asked for a good view, having booked months in advance I was disappointed not to have one. My room was changed but I was charged £50 for the privilege!

From Day 1 of my stay to the last day of my checking out in Empire Square Apartments, I found the entire staff very cordial and very helpful. I will surely remember my stay in this apartment in London.

Had family with me so didnt want us all bundled into a hotel room. Our apartment was amazing, the kids had their own space and we had ours. It was like a home away from home and meant our holiday was far more enjoyable. Wanted some more towles etc [you know what kids are like] and Marlin couldnt have been more helpful - thanks!

I am very particular about the cleanliness whenever I plan my stay in any city. During my stay in Empire Square Apartments I was amazed by the cleanliness which was maintained in the room.
