Kitchenette was substandard and bathroom in one of the apartments was unfit. Hot water was available first in, first served!

Advertised as an executive apartment whereas the reality is that the rooms are very small and the kitchenette are is built into the wardrobes! An old and lumpy mattress made the bed very uncomfortable. Not at all recommended.

I stayed for one week in a studio apartment. Yes it was very small, but basically you trade space for convenience and location. It was important for me to have a kitchenette - small fridge, microwave, sink, dishes, etc. and so I was quite satisfied with what I got. The location is also great - close to Gloucester Road tube station and several museums, close to several bus lines, a nice walk to Harrods. Its on a residential street with not much noise, and at night it felt like you were going home.

The room was a bit small for their "larger" executive suite with queen bed (cant imagine how they get the queen bed into a smaller room and have room to move). But it was a nice building, nice area, fair price, well maintained, and the staff were excellent. I would likely stay there again.

I think a little thought could be given older people such as our-selves, who reguard having to climb 5 floors to their apartment as a little bit of a surprise and not at all desirable.

Excellent, clean home-like base for an overnight or weekly stay. Beds comfortable, and quiet location, yet near to Glos Road tube. Compact cooking facilities but all you would need. Bring your own tea, coffee, milk etc. there is a fridge and TV. If you need a hairdryer or iron/ ironing board staff will bring to you. Keys are dual - what opens the front door also opens the room - but does not open any of the other rooms, so no need to panic.

very bad service all round. we had the wrong accomadation, couldnt ger in for 10 mins we stayed elsewhere canceled payment

Great location, 2 minutes from tube station (3 lines). Small room with tiny bathroom but very clean. Comparing it with other london hotels Astons has a very high rate Quality/Money. I would come back.
