Our spacious executive rooms retain their tall Georgian windows and include a microwave and refridgerator. The general facilities include 24 hour porterage, secretarial services, lounge, bar, lift, dining room, parking is available upon request and there is no charge for storing luggage.

The much envied location of this hotel is perfect for exploring London's most popular and interesting tourist and cultural attractions. Just a short walk away are the most famous shopping areas of Marble Arch, Oxford Street, Regent Street & Bond Street. One can walk a little further to visit Soho, Leicester Square and Covent Garden, three of the most popular West End areas providing a multitude of cafe bars, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, the major theatres, cinemas, etc. Hyde Park & Kensington Gardens are right on the doorstep, and the areas of Bayswater & Queensway are in the immediate vicinity offering shopping centres, restaurants and bars. If you wish to cancel or amend this reservation you can do so by contacting us at least before 12:00 (noon) London time 2 working day(s) prior to the arrival date.
If you fail to cancel prior to this time the property reserve the right to charge for 1 Day(s) accommodation.
IMPORTANT: Please note that reservations arriving between 27th July 2012 and 12th August 2012 and between 27th August 2012 and 9th September 2012 inclusive will be booked on a non-refundable basis due to the Olympic and Paralympics Games taking place in London. Once a reservation is confirmed, any cancellation/amendment made at a later stage will incur a 100% charge.
All cancellations and amendments must be made directly with London-Hotels-Bookings to receive a confirmation of cancellation/amendment.
All late cancellations will be subject to a late cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
