These serviced apartments and self catering London accommodation combine a great central location with excellent facilities and service.
Internet Service:
Inverness Terrace Apartments HPS provide high speed internet connection (wireless internet) in all flats at an additional charge.
Some flats have the option as using an Ethernet cable connection as well.
A limited number of Ethernet cables is available from the office on a first-come first-serve basis at £10.00 deposit.
Satellite TV:
Most of the flats (with the exception of budget accommodation) have around 400 satellite TV channels for you to enjoy!
Taxi Service:
Should you need to use a taxi while on your stay please do not hesitate to ask at reception, where they can schedule one for you.
They can generally find you a good rate with the mini-cab companies they cooperate with or provide you with a number you can call.
Luggage Storage:
Whereas check-in starts at 2:00pm you are welcome to drop off your luggage as early as 9:00am on the day you arrive.
Please make sure you come back to complete your check-in before 10:00 pm!
Luggage storage is free of charge before check-in ONLY
Please note that they do not have the facilities to store luggage after check-out.
If you need to leave your luggage with the apartments after you leave they may be able to do that at a fee of £20.00. Please check with the front office.
Located in the heart of London, just a few minutes walk from the famous Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens and is surrounded by the following main underground stations, all within a few minutes walk:
- Bayswater and Queensway - Both located on Queensway - the High Street of the Bayswater area, where you can find lots of different ethnic restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and the beautiful Whiteley's shopping centre.
- Paddington - Where you can take the Heathrow Express - a train service that brings you to and from Heathrow airport in just 15 minutes.
- Lancaster Gate - Just one stop away from Marble Arch - where Oxford St. begins.
Bus services to all parts of London depart from these stations 24Hrs a day.
With many trendy bars, pubs and restaurants in the area you can go out and enjoy yourself without the need to go far. Popular tourist spots like Oxford street, Baker street, Notting Hill and Portobello market are all within walking distance or a short bus ride, and with four underground stations and several bus stops near us.

If you wish to cancel or amend this reservation you can do so by contacting us at least before 12:00 (noon) London time 2 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank holidays) prior to the arrival date.
If you fail to cancel prior to this time, or arrive (no-show), the property reserve the right to charge for 1 nights accommodation.

This surcharge is non-refundable.
All cancellations and amendments must be made directly with London-Hotels-Bookings to receive a confirmation of cancellation/amendment.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
