Bookings made at the Fully Flexible rate may be cancelled up to 12pm 2 days prior to arrival with no cancellation fee. After 12pm one day before arrival, the property will charge a one night fee for late cancellation.
Best Available Rate bookings are non changeable, non refundable once booked. The credit card will be charged upon booking.
All cancellations and amendments must be made directly with London-Hotels-Bookings to receive a confirmation of cancellation/amendment.
All late cancellations will be subject to a late cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
