The apartments comprise of a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed (charge may apply for its use as an extra sleeping bed), LCD TV, DVD player, sound system, wireless internet connection, 24 hours reception, marble luxury bathroom and much more. Please note that although a lift is available in the property, it is in usable for some of the apartments only.
Situated in the Bayswater area and just 2 minutes from Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express, Chilworth Court apartments are ideal for a comfortable and lively stay in one of London′s most exclusive areas.
The Apartments:
- Studio: decorated in a contemporary style, studios offer kitchenette, pull down double bed and LCD TV.
- 1 bedroom apartment: Decorated in a contemporary style, one-bedroom apartments offer one double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
- 2 bedroom apartment: Decorated in a contemporary style, the two-bedroom apartmnets offer two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
- 3 bedroom apartment: Decorated in a contemporary style, the three-bedroom apartments offer three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Sofabeds are available in some apartments (extra charge may apply for its use as an additional bed). LCD TV in the living room only.
Please note standard apartment types are located on the lower ground floor.

Cancellation Policy: |
High Season: June - September
30 working days notice is required to cancel, afterwards full amount is non-refundable.
Low Season:
15 working days notice is required to cancel, afterwards full amount is non-refundable.
Payment:
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at. During the summer period from 15 June to 15th September full balance of accommodation is required 30 days prior arrival date. You can pay by cash ( UK currency) credit / debit card, cheque or Bank transfer - the payments made by Bank transfer or cheque needs to be cleared out 14 days prior arrival date (30 days during summer period).
Credit Card Charges:
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation.
Please note that payments made by credit/debit card attract a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for Mastercard or Switch/Maestro and 2% for Visa.
Security Deposit:
Please note that on arrival the property requires a security / damages deposit. This is made by credit card authorisation transaction and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made. An authorisation transaction is NOT DEBITED from the card holders account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.

All cancellations and amendments must be made directly with London-Hotels-Bookings to receive a confirmation of cancellation/amendment.
All late cancellations will be subject to a late cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
