Apartelle Savers Description: Apartelle is a new concept and trade name which offers serviced apartments for short and long term stays, ideal for corporate bookings as well. We offer you a cheaper alternative and a superior option for your money without the overheads of a hotel.
Please note these apartments have a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights or more.
Savers Apartelle is located on Devonshire Terrace in a delightful Georgian building adjacent to Hyde Park, with excellent transport links. Moments walk from Queensway, Lancaster Gate and Bayswater tube stations, and within 2 minutes from Paddington main line station, with a 15 minute link to Heathrow Airport.
Apartment Configuration:
- Single Studio (sleeps 1): Single bed
- Standard Double Studio (sleeps 2):Queen bed
- Standard Duplex Studio (sleeps 2): Queen bed (mezzanine sleeping area with low ceiling) + sofa bed
- Triple Studio (sleeps 3): Queen bed + sofa bed
- Family Studio (sleeps 4): Queen bed + sofa bed + pull out bed or Bunk beds + sofa bed + pull out bed
- Family Duplex Studio (sleeps 4): Queen bed (mezzanine sleeping area with low ceiling) + sofa bed + pull out bed
Please note all budget room types have shared bathrooms.
Please be aware in the Mezzanine sleeping areas that the bedding is a mattress only with no base.
Savers Apartelle’s Facilities:
All studios and serviced apartments include the following:

- Kitchen / kitchenette (fully equipped with microwave, fridge, 2 hobs, kettle, toaster, cutlery, cooking utensils etc)

Luggage Storage:
Whereas check-in starts at 2:00pm you are welcome to drop off your luggage at reception as early as 10:00am on the day you arrive.
Luggage storage is free of charge before check-in. Please note there are no facilities to store luggage after check-out.
If you need to leave your luggage at reception on the check out day, a fee of £2 per luggage will be charged. Please check with the front office as it is available on a first-come first-serve basis.
Late Arrival:
Please note that the reception is open from 09:00-23:00. If you need a late check-in, which means after 23:00, please advise the property of time of arrival (charges apply). For any late check-in booked in advance the fee is £20.00 and non arranged late check in will be charged £25.00, charged on arrival by cash.

Cancellation Policy: |
All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.
For stays under 4 weeks: Apartelle charges a £100 deposit per apartment at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is paid on arrival. If the booking total is less than £100, the full amount is charged.
For stays over 4 weeks and under 8 weeks: Apartelle requires 1 week security deposit to secure the booking and for coverage of any possible damage for wear and tear during the stay.
For stays over 8 weeks: Apartelle requires 2 weeks security deposit to secure the booking and for coverage of any possible damage for wear and tear during the stay.
By no means the Tenant(s) have the right to use the security deposit as rent in whole or in part.
All cancellations must be made at least 14 working days prior to arrival. If you fail to cancel prior to this time, any deposit paid is non-refundable.
Cancellations made before the deadline will only incur a £50 fee by the property. This can be used as credit towards any future booking made by the same client within six months of the cancellation (dependent on availability).
In any cancellation after check in, a fee of £100 will be charged and rates will be increased according to the length of stay.
Any deposit paid to secure a booking that is over 8 weeks will be non-refundable.
Important: Please be aware the property has an additional surcharge of 3.5% for credit card transactions (6% for American Express). Therefore, the deposit charged is £103.50 (£106.00 with American Express). This surcharge is non-refundable. The surcharge does not apply to debit cards.
All cancellations and amendments must be made directly with London-Hotels-Bookings to receive a confirmation of cancellation/amendment. All late cancellations will be subject to a late cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy. Cancellations (as well as late cancellations) and amendments can be requested via fax, phone or email as follows:

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made. (Working days: Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm London time)
